AGALLOCH – The Mantle, Trifold DLP (White/Silver Marble)

Our longtime partner Eisenwald is reissuing Agalloch’s 2002 masterpiece “The Mantle”. As with “Pale Folklore”, Nordvis will release an exclusive Scandinavian edition limited to 100 copies. This silver/white double-LP includes a twelve-page booklet and is packaged in a triple gatefold with gold print and black poly-lined inner sleeves. 

Agalloch, an influential band hailing from Portland, Oregon, carved a unique niche in the underground metal scene with their critically acclaimed albums. “The Mantle”, one of their most celebrated works, offers an intricate blend of atmospheric black metal, neofolk, and post-metal. Despite its initial complexity, “The Mantle” reveals its beauty through repeated listening, making it a cornerstone of modern metal and a testament to Agalloch’s creative prowess.
